The former Alabama kicker is unlikely to hear his name called during the draft, but will likely find a home this summer with an NFL team and compete for an opportunity.
When you play football at Alabama, you’re on a pretty big stage. That’s even true when you’re a kicker. Alabama’s primary kicker for the last three years, Adam Griffith is hoping to catch on with an NFL team this spring. He’s unlikely to be drafted, but, his agent’s phone should ring after the draft with teams on the other end interested in adding him to their competition this summer.
Griffith holds a number of Alabama records including being the all-time career leader for PATs (186). He also ranks fifth on Alabama’s career field goals list with 57 field goals made during his time in Tuscaloosa.
